The Rural Support Service has been certified on the basis of the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certificates.
In 2011, RSS received an ISO 9001 quality management system certificate attesting to RSS stakeholders that the RSS carries out its work and functions according to an internationally recognised quality management standard and that the management system established is properly maintained.
In 2014, RSS received an ISO 27001 Information Security Management Certificate, the main purpose of which is to protect information so that it does not come into foreign hands or be tampered with or permanently lost. ISO 27001 is an international standard which lays down requirements for the information security management system.
The quality certificates received demonstrate to RSS customers and partners that the RSS performs its work and functions in accordance with an internationally recognised quality management standard and that the RSS management system is in conformity with that certificate.
