On August 7, the Rural Support Service of Latvia (RSS) hosted representatives of Ukrainian state institutions and shared experience about the cooperation with law enforcement authorities, operation of RSS internal control system, identification of fraud risks and other important issues. As part of the visit, on August 8, guests from Ukraine have scheduled visits to farms, whose growth has been promoted by the co-financing of EU funds.
The visit of Ukrainian delegation is organized within the framework of Anti-Fraud Coordination Service (AFCOS) project "Support to strengthen the capacity of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine in the field of protection of financial interests of the European Union".
The project received development cooperation financing of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Latvia in 2023.
