From May 13 - 18, the annual informative and educational campaign "Digital Week 2024" organized by Information and Communication Technology Association in Latvia (LIKTA) is taking place throughout Latvia.
On May 14, RSS participated in webinar "Trainer of virtual assistants - an interesting profession of the future". Together with colleagues from the Information Technology Group KISC, State Chancellery and State Agency for Employment, Director of the RSS Strategic Communication and Client Management Department, Kristīne Ilgaža presented the most important things about RSS virtual assistant IEVA, as one of the examples of good practice.
This year, the digital week pays special attention to artificial intelligence, its importance and main challenges, and also discusses the work of virtual assistants in the context of future profession's labour market forecasting tool.
